Who processes your data

What we collect
What you type: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country of residence, the interest you select and your message. We also record the language you used the site in and the address of the page you reached the form from. We do not collect identity documents, bank details or financial information through this site.
What we log for security
To stop abuse of the login and of the form, we need to count repeated attempts from the same email address and the same internet address (IP). We do not store the email or the IP: we store an irreversible cryptographic digest, meant for comparison and not for reading. That record is deleted automatically within 25 hours.
Change log
Actions taken inside the authenticated area are kept in an internal audit log — who did what, and when — so that any figure shown to you can be reconstructed. That log does not store IP addresses.
What we use it for
To reply to you and to carry the one-to-one conversation. Nothing else. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form, and the legitimate interest of replying to a contact that came from you.
Who we share it with
With the email delivery service we operate, and with the licensed professionals involved in your case, when you ask us to. There is no other sharing.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation is active, and for up to two years after the last contact. After that we delete it — and the deletion is automatic, it does not depend on anyone remembering.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@pontenorte.com. We answer within fifteen days.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
