Advisory & document approval
From wanting to invest in the US to a structure in place, documents approved and taxes current.

Scope of service
The line we never cross: we coordinate, translate, prepare, track and explain. A licensed professional advises and signs — US attorney, a certified public accountant (CPA), a Brazilian accountant.
| Packages | What the client gets | Reference price | Timeline |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diagnostic | A 90-minute conversation, a recommended-structure memo reviewed by the partner attorney, a Brazil and US tax exposure map, a document checklist and a cost estimate. A report, not a transaction. | US$ 500 to 900 | 1 to 2 weeks after the documents are received |
| Full structure | Company formation by the attorney, the company’s federal tax number (EIN), support with the individual taxpayer number (ITIN), coordination of the bank account opening — approval is the bank’s —, operating agreement, FX playbook, accountant onboarding, registered agent and a compliance calendar in place. | US$ 3,500 to 6,000 plus third-party fees | 4 to 8 weeks after the documents are received |
| Ongoing support | Compliance calendar, coordination of filings in both countries with your accountant, and a quarterly meeting. We do not file your return and we do not give tax advice in your country. | US$ 250 to 600 per month | Recurring |
How the process moves
