Three-bedroom house in Southside, Corpus Christi

Southside · Corpus Christi
3 bedrooms · 2 baths · 2,200 sq ft built
The build on this page is an example, used to show how the tracking works in practice — the figures and photographs are illustrative. Once Ponte Norte has a build under way, this page becomes that build, with real measurement and real jobsite photography.
What we are building
A new three-bedroom house on the coastal plain of South Texas, built for sale. Wood framing over slab, finished to market standard: vinyl plank flooring, quartz countertops, full appliance package, two-car garage. The lot sits 12 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi. The planned cycle is 13 months: purchase and permitting in months 1–3, construction from month 4 to 11, sale closing in month 13.
Where the build is

Live streaming for those who invested, when the site connection allows. What sits here is the latest public still, always available.

The market around it
Public third-party data on the ZIP code where the build sits. It is not our projection and none of it refers to the price of this house — it is here for you to calibrate on your own.
What volume builders ask for the same square footage
Builder list prices are asking, not sold — the median above is a closed transaction. We do not divide price by square footage: the result would be a figure the builder never published.

Who does what
What Ponte Norte does
Coordinates the structure, runs the build, measures, photographs and accounts for what it spent.
What depends on a third party
Company formation (attorney), bank account and credit (bank), taxes (licensed accountants in both countries).
What is yours
Signing, wiring the money from your own account, filing in your own country.
The figures for this build live in the investor area
Cost, financial schedule and the simulation by number of participants exist after individual qualification — not because they are secret, but because every transaction is presented one at a time, and that is how the structure has to work.
